Share Library - New approach in Workspace 4.0

Select the Library to share
Open that Library
Select Share
Add the User Name being careful to match the user name exactly, including case sensitivity. Then Confirm Changes. Notice that the default sharing is 'Read' only. You can grant permission to create, update, or delete from the shared library.
Switch User or advise your client to open Workspace on their computer. They will now see and have access to the shared Library.
