No. This is both a MyTalk and an Apple policy.
Apple and the App Store set the terms and conditions, so check with Apple, but we have had detailed discussions with the Apps for Education team and they are clear, "one app for one device for education and any other situation when it is not for personal non commercial use'. Volume Purchase Program Terms and Conditions addendum E to the App Store Terms and Conditions: "You agree to sync to no more copies than the number of codes you purchased'
We made the decision to give Workspace to professionals personally at no cost to encourage them to learn and demonstrate to end-users and their employers. At the point that an end user engages with MyTalk, the school (any institution) should purchase MyTalkTools Mobile. Each device should have a paid version of MyTalkTools Mobile. If a family funds MyTalkTools Mobile on a family owned device, with their individually owned iTunes account, MyTalkTools Mobile, like any app, can by sync'd to any device owned personally by that iTunes account owner.
