TROUBLE OPENING CERTAIN BOARDS

    Hi Laura:  Sorry for the trouble.  From you note I believe that you are Working in Workspace.  I need some basic information to help diagnose the problem.  About your computer:

    Is it a Mac or Windows machine?
    If Windows is it XP or Vista or Windows 7?
    What is the version of your operating system?

    Can you try with Firefox? I would like to see if we have a browser issue with Chrome and Windows 8.

    Ok, I was having issues downloading the Firefox we discussed, so I continued using Chrome as usual until my husband returned from work to help me. When I logged back in to Workspace, I opened my completed board labeled 'Activities' to make a last minute edit and found the entire board empty! I returned to Home and entered 'Movies', where I had done extensive work with additional levels. All my work is missing and in it's place are the 'Activity' cells from the other category. Now, the 'Activity' board only has 18 or so cells, while the 'Movies' board had 15 cells (one for each movie), each with an additional childboard under it (containing multiple cells for the characters from that movie). That was a lot of work. I searched the other catagory cells, every cell, and couldn't find a single 'Movie' or 'Character' cell. The more cells I opened, the more mixed up the cells were. 

    I checked my son's iPad and found the mixed up changes had been synched with it and the cells were confused. I restarted my computer many times with no remedy.
    When I sucessfully downloaded Firefox and tried to log in to my workspace, it would go only as far as displaying the pastel background and faint flower in the lower corner. I closed Firefox and logged in several times with the same effect. I then opened Chrome and tried to log in and got the same results as with Firefox. I tried going to my account page to see if there was a clue there as to why this was happening, but found nothing. I thought maybe my membership had expired or something, but nothing.
    I get the same results when I attempt to log in using Explorer.
    I have logged on & off the website and the servers, to no avail. I have restarted my pc many times. I am at a loss.

    Last summer we discovered you had multiple user accounts.  In my notes I mentioned that I was going to close the two excess ones to avoid confusion.  I need to be sure that we are looking at the same account.  Since this is a public Q&A section, I don't want to mention user name or pw.  You will get another note from our support site with the user name and pw, just so that I can go look.  One question though' in Mobile do you leave 'Remember me' on so that when you tap the 'Author' button, your user name and pw are filled in?
