My device won't let me sync

    It sounds like you have purchased MyTalkTools Workspace Professional version.  In that version you must select a 'board name' before you can sync to any device.  A board name is the name of the cell that you have associated with a student, patient or client.  With your move to professional we will never let your Workspace home board be sync'd with a device because your Workspace home board is your list of students, patients or clients. 

    Take a look at the Support Professional Guide section of our support site for instructions about how to use the professional version and how to transition from an existing user name if you want to do that.
