From time to time we make significant changes to Workspace that customers should see and experience automatically the next time they log in. But sometimes the changes don't appear. Usually it is because their browser is holding the old web site in cache and presenting it when they sign in.
In those instances you will need to clear cache.
Instead of doing our own screenshots of every browser, we found links with instructions about how to clear your cache. Both seem to be credible and up to date resources.
Can you try clearing your cache to see if it fixes the problem, then let us know one way or another?
