Sometimes when doing the wireless sync, one of your files will not completely or accurately download. That can happen for any number of reasons. You will see it most often with satellite internet. No worries.
In earlier versions of MyTalk a bad file (because of a transmission error) would get stuck on the iPhone and a subsequent sync would not resolve it. Now, your subsequent sync will overwrite files that did not download correctly the first time.
Now just redo the sync and it picks from where it left off. When doing this you will see that some files are being skipped. Those are the files that came down correctly, but others will be downloaded.
We are now getting customers downloading very big video files. As the file sizes get very large, you may see some that don't show up. Re-sync. Hopefully you will only re-sync one time.
