I was unable to get TTS files to load when syncing from workspace to device. I could see that they were downloading, but they didn't work when the download was complete. This meant that I needed to go in and add TTS files locally every time I synced. I contacted tech support and Bick stuck with the process until we stumbled upon a fix! Apparently the wireless network at my school is too s...l...o...w to support the transfer of the audio files. I tried the sync at my house and it came off without a problem. If Bick wouldn't have been so tenacious with his support of MyTalk, I wouldn't have found my way to this solution. I am thankful for his knowledge & support, and so is my student!
