not available overlay

I would love to have to capability to tag options that are currently "not available" to my students.  I am thinking something that dims the picture slightly and puts a universal no watermark over the picture.  For example in the foods, if avocado isn't available that day, I could apply the "not available" overlay, without deleting the option from the board.
